We listen
Every event is different. We begin by learning what matters most to you before making recommendations.

Guidance before gear
Every event has its own goals, challenges, and priorities. Before equipment is selected, before a stage is built, and before a microphone is turned on, we take the time to learn about your event, explain your options, and build a production plan that fits.
Our approach
No two events are exactly alike. Some clients know exactly what they need. Others are still exploring ideas. Either way, every project begins the same way: listening first, asking good questions, and building a plan that supports the experience you want to create.
Every event is different. We begin by learning what matters most to you before making recommendations.
Production should not feel mysterious. We walk through the options with you so each recommendation and trade-off makes sense.
Careful preparation and professional execution allow you to focus on your guests while we focus on supporting the event.

About Priority Event Productions
It all started one night going out to see a band for fun. Walking past the audio engineer, I couldn’t help but stop and watch. After the show, the excitement would not stop—enough to drive a very patient wife a little crazy. She eventually said, “Why don’t you go to school and learn how to do that?” It was that moment in 1997 that changed everything.
More than twenty-five years later, that same passion for audio and event production remains just as strong. The knowledge and experience gained along the way are applied to every event Priority Event Productions supports.
School provided the foundation, but the real education came from doing the work. Local bands, long nights, opportunities with a regional production company, and countless hours in the recording studio each added another layer of experience. Every show, every challenge, and every mentor contributed something that still influences the way Priority Event Productions approaches production today.
The work gradually expanded from local performances to community events, developing festivals, and eventually larger and more complex productions. While the scale of the projects changed, one thing never did: understand the event, explain the options, prepare carefully, and deliver professionally.
Every project along the way reinforced the same lesson: successful production starts with understanding the event before recommending the solution.
